WAYNESBORO, Pa. – The sixth annual Waynesboro Area Senior High School Student Art Show drew visitors to Gallery 50 in downtown Waynesboro on Friday and Saturday, showcasing more than 100 pieces created by local students.

The exhibit highlighted a wide range of artistic mediums, reflecting both technical skill and creative exploration. Student works included clay sculptures, watercolor paintings, mixed media pieces, paper mâché creations, cyanotype prints, charcoal drawings, cardboard constructions and digital photography.

Organizers said the show continues to grow each year, both in participation and diversity of work. The variety of media on display allowed students to experiment with different techniques while presenting their unique perspectives.

Visitors to the gallery had the opportunity to engage directly with student artwork, offering encouragement and recognition for their efforts. The event also served as a platform to celebrate the importance of arts education within the school community.
